Return Order Policy – Ijewelora

At Ijewelora, we make returning products simple and hassle-free.

• You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Damaged or altered items after removing tags will not be accepted.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

2. Email care@ijewelora.com with product photos and tags.

3. Pack the items with the invoice and send to:

   Ijewelora (Fonte Fashions India Pvt. Ltd.)
   No: 211, Outer Ring Road, East of NGEF Layout,
   Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore – 560043, Karnataka, India.

4. Courier will pick up your package within 3–5 business days, free of cost.

Refund

• Online payments → refunded to your original method.

• COD orders → credited as store credit.

• Refunds processed within 15 business days.
